Manhu present a fascinating reinvention of traditional Yi music, specifically the music of the Sani people of the Stone Forest in China's Yunnan Province. They have performed at prestigious venues such as the National Centre for the performing arts in Beijing and Shanghai Music hall and have been invited to tour the USA as part of Worldfest 2017-2018 a program run by Arts Midwest.
